Different Item Tracking for different locations ??

I have a Customer that wants to use Lot and expiration date on their master location, but when they transfer to the sub locations they do not want to use item tracking on that locations.

Is there anyway that this is possible??

This is not in standard NAV, this would have to be developed.

You would need to introduce an "Item Tracking Code" at "Stockkeeping Unit" level and then need to modify all code relating to Item Tracking to check against this new field instead of the "Item Tracking Code" at Item level.
