how to find column which has boolean true and insert into new table?

I need to find and insert the data which has boolean = true value only.

I've found out the error..i forgot to insert one of the primary key.. now its working fine..

im getting this error..

i had inserted data in same table before (boolean: true) then i insert again for second time (boolean :false) then this error is prompt out.
