Permission error compiling report!

I have a problem with a client that can not compile a report, they get the message 'You do not have permission to write in the Sales Shipment Header Table. Contact your system manager if you need to have your permissions changed'.

Both the report and the database login has had full permissions for Sales Shipment Header added explicitly.

The problem is you are not working on a license with the "Solution Developer" granule installed. Table 110 is protected to anyone but Solution Developers, so even if the report is listed it has the permissions, you cannot write any code in any objects (and compile them) that will allow any data manipulation in protected tables. This includes your ledgers and posted sales/purchase tables.
