NAV 2016 NAS + Regional Settings

Hi,

I have a problem concerning the regional settings of a NAS running a job queue.

If I log in with the user on the server which has the MiddleTier service running of the NAS, I get the correct regional settings (Dutch (Belgium)).
The service account has a user personalisation in NAV with has the Dutch (Belgium) language, the Dutch (Belgium system locale. But every time the job queue executes an entry, my regional settings of Dutch (Belgium) are neglected.
The report should print the date in format DD/MM/YY and now it's printed in the format MM/DD/YY.

Can someone help me?

    Hi Aavio,

    I did try that in the past, but it didn't work.
    Now tried the drastic approach with stopping all my services on the Middle Tier, afterwards verifying all the settings of all the services and resetting all the settings on the NAV database and then start my services.
    Apparently this approach worked as the required regional settings are being used.
