Page 30 why is MasterData group on Home tab in ribbon?

We have NAV 2016 CU5. Our Page 30 has the MasterData group on the Home Tab with a bunch of actions in it. I do not want it there but can't seem to figure out why it is there. I am using a user with no configuration (user personalization Profile ID = blank) or personalization for this page.

The actions that are showing in this MasterGroup (Units Of Measure, Variants, Dimensions, Substitutions, Cross References etc...) are not promoted so they should not be showing on the home tab at all.

Does anyone know why it is there? Also when I change visible to false for Variants, for example, it hides it on the Navigate tab on the ribbon but not the Home tab ribbon.

I was pretty sure this has something to do with configuration but I do not have a profile attached to my user.

Then I realized that my user (even though Profile ID is blank) is using the default Profile ID which has configuration on it.

Problem solved. Not a big fan of configuration.
