NAV 2016 Transfer Order Receiving error

Does anyone know which Hotfix will resolve the below error when receiving a Transfer order with Item tracking error in NAV 2016 which is as follows.

Qty. to Handle(base) in Tracking Specification for Item no. xxx
Serial No.. Lot NoXXXX is currently 0. It must be XXXXX.


I could find hotfix for Warehouse shipment but not for Transfer orders.

Any help is highly appreciated.
