Answer ✓
No, not via the standard posting routine (codeunit 12) - you will get a CONSISTENCY error.
And you shouldn't ever try to do this either as your accounts won't balance.

In the General Ledger you cannot. Unless you mess around with the code and want to loose your job.
In other journals like Items and Resources by all means, yes.

I had someone do this using a sql insert - caused all types of problems - this is why we should follow the rules
