Recurring Journal Approval

We have activated workflows for journal approval in NAV 2016. This is pretty simple so far, but we now face an issue where we use recurring journals, and no where in those journals is there an option to send an approval request.

Do we have to modify the page for this?

Yes you would need to modify the page to add the Approvals stuff to it but that's not all...

When a "normal" journal gets posted, the journal lines get deleted and when this happens the associated approval entries get deleted too. However, when a "recurring" journal is posted the journal lines do not get deleted and so you would need to also add code to delete the associated approval entries when a recurring journal is posted.
