How can an ISV protect his granule against 7300 Solution Developer ? Customer or ISV who wins ?

After few tests... I noticed that if a customer Buy "7300 Solution Developer" granule can modify both protected standard Objects and CfMD add-ons objects too.
I'm wondering about real possibility to protect IP that comes from ISV through CfMD programs...

.net extensibility, write your precious code in .net and call them from nav objects. Very low chance a NAV developer will try to reverse engineer those, not to mention end customers.0
