how to convert 2009 dataport objects to 2013 xmlport

Hi all

Is there any tool or is there any way to convert 2009 dataport objects to 2013 xmlport. I've a problem while creating the xmlport object manually in 2013. So let me know is there any way to convert from dataport to xmlport just like there is a transformation tool to convert form to pages.
