can anyone help how to change field caption in list according to a condition? or can anyone give some examples ?

You can use CaptionClass functionality available in NAV. You can refer sales line table to know how it is implemented for Unit Price field.

Note that in later versions of NAV the CaptionClass functionality has been moved to a separate object - Codeunit 42 CaptionManagement (the links above refer to older versions of NAV where the main CaptionClass code was in Codeunit 1)
