System requirements for a test environment

Hi All,

I need your help to get the optimal test environment requirement to run Navision 2016

20 users
Windows clients/Web client/ Tablet and mobile clients
Cronus database in SQL

Thanks, But This one is the minimum !

Its should not fit the Need for a company of 20 users ( for example)
