Good day, I've encountered this kind of error. can somebody explain to me what causing this error? and how to solve it ? thanks in advance

It could be that there are no (or insufficient) roles/permissions against your login. You need to make sure you have the "ALL" role against your login as a minimum - ask the NAV super user to check this.5
