We have upgraded a client to NAV 2016, and are having issues in some instances with Notifications giving the error The email address "" is not valid. However, if I try and debug the process, or simply run the Codeunit from designer, the Notifications process and the Email is sent. Has anyone else experienced this?

Is notifications running with NAS. if process on NAS Check the NAS instance's Service Account. You need to check the service account access.
if there is no NAS,
check the mail address of two senarios(Two of them same address?)
