NLW error message says checksum incorrect

Hi,
I am using Navision Localization Workbench 2.50 to translate a fin.stx file for a NAV 3.60.
After copying the updated fin.stx file back to the NAV 3.60 and running the client, I always receive an error message says: There is a checksum error in the fin.stx file. The file has been changed or corrupted since it was installed.
Could anyone help me to resove this error? Thanx in advance.
