2009R2 : Cannot connect the Change Listener

I have installed a customers database and try to get access with RTC (classic works fine)
I get the message :

I read some posts about this but no help
I followed the indications on Enabling the Object Change Listener on MSDN :

Can't find a solution - any ideas ?
