how to make a selected line appear on the fact box

Hey, on the General Journal page> Actions>Incoming Documents> Select Incoming Document, then the incoming document page opens and i select any line i want, this line will then appear on the 'Incoming Document File' Fact Box on the General Journal page. I want to know what is the code or property that allows me to do this . Appreciate your help!
