Not success to create Sales Order Blank lines via soap web service, Items lines works fine

Hi all,
I do create Sales Order via Soap web service based on Page 42 and it's work like fine except for for Blank lines.
_blank_ type line don't raise any error message but no lines created.
Any Suggestion
