NAV 2013 R2 - Use Report Builder

Hi,

One of our customer can not change Tools -> Options -> Use Report Builder from No to Yes. It is just stuck, can not change at all.

Already checked db_owner in SQL.

Any ideas?

Doing any kind of SQL Operation wont stop any edit-ability from NAV Side. Reinstall it and then try please. If you are in development environment you should be able to do that no permission restriction. There shouldnt be any installation issue from SQL Side.

No Error at all, Its just uneditable.

Is Report Builder installed on the the machine running the Development Environment?

yes it is. after I uninstalled Report builder and tried again then getting error regarding missing report builder.
