NAV2016 Print and Send - problem with "Email as Attachment" option

Hi all,
In NAV2016, in the "Print and Send" menu, there is an option to "Email as attachment". The page is rendered as HTML and attaches just fine, but if I try to open the HTML file in Word (Office 2013), I receive this error message:
"This file contains custom XML elements which are no longer suppored by Word. If you save this file, these custom XML elements will be removed permanently."
MS Word Help states that due a court ruling in 2009, "...All user interface elements that relate to custom XML markup are removed. "
Since Microsoft (NAV) is generating this file, does anyone know why they are generating a file that cannot be displayed by Microsoft Word? Or does anyone have any other solution/workaround?
Thx
Ron
