Outlook error: Service does not exist

I have problem with Outlook synchronization. Error: Service does not exist. Synchronization for is not set up in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Does someone have a solution?

    Do you have the correct dlls installed? (I think it is a seperate choice to install the outlook integration when installing NAV.)

    I thnik that Add-in is OK. I can chose Company List but I have problem when click on Test Connection
