I'm sorry but there is no Code Coverage in NAV2015... they put it back in 2016 only.

Code coverage functionality for NAV 2016 exists also in earlier versions (earliest though is NAV 2013 R2), only it is not integrated into standard application, but is a separate tool called NAV Application profiler.

Its not given as in standard as that of lower versions but you can download it out and use it.
