Logging Report Version and Changed Flag

Hey Guys,
is there a way to log the Versionoverview and the Changed-Flag of a Running-Report? I already got this: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/nav/2011/06/23/updated-how-to-log-report-usage/
this is a nice way to log the used Reports. You can still differentiate betwenn RTC and Classic-Client Reports. But is it possible to log more Information? Like the Changed-Flag and/or Versionoverview of the Object Designer?

you get all the needed data from hidden table Object.
for that create a new page or report to load the data from table Object.

you could enable the change log to get more change/update information.

But the ChangeLog does not log used Reports. It would help me, if i know how i can grab the Information which are displayed in the Object Designer.
