When i tried deleting the record. I have the alert as shown on the image attached.

You are trying to remove a posted sales invoice. It is only possible to do so when the document is printed.

I cannot think of a reason why you would like to remove a posted document. You'd better correct a possible error otherwise.

deleting is in that case only permitted, when the document (sales invoice) was printed at least once. this is for security reasons (G/L). so print the document once, then no.-printed is > 0. then delete the document.

Totally agree with the above comments and the way available to delete the Posted Invoices but yet a question as why you want to delete it, In normal scenarios we dint play with the Posted Invoices.
