to become a quite good nav developer you need at least 2 years of nav developing experience.
best is the opportunity to have experienced colleagues, who have time to ask your questions.

I'm totally agree with @archer89 . Experience is most important and the people around you. But, I don't want to disappoint you, but there is no such a think like perfect programmer. But I think you want to become senior developer (seniors are almost perfect programmers). For that you will need at least 10 years developing, every day ... Good luck @Vazid_490
