Hi,
Can any one tell me how to be a perfect C/AL programmer...what steps i want to be taken...please any suggestions.

very good question! that's a very good start point for becoming a good developer.
to become a quite good nav developer you need at least 2 years of nav developing experience.

best is the opportunity to have experienced colleagues, who have time to ask your questions.
additional read nav blog posts, e.g. https://community.dynamics.com/nav/b
read as many nav forum threads, as you can; try to comprehend, reproduce in your own nav system
buy a nav developer book
ask AND respond in nav forums; try to find solutions for others issues. that helps you maybe for your own issues in the future.
develope in your spare time
start your own nav blog
in the end: ony years and years of daily experience makes you a good developer
many of the members here in this forum and other nav forums have 10 and more years of experience in nav developing, additional experience in sql server admin and sql developing, c# developing and so on. and they learn every day new things ...

I'm totally agree with @archer89 . Experience is most important and the people around you. But, I don't want to disappoint you, but there is no such a think like perfect programmer. But I think you want to become senior developer (seniors are almost perfect programmers). For that you will need at least 10 years developing, every day ... Good luck @Vazid_490
