How can I transfer all data from one table to another by ticking checkbox?

Hi guys.
I need NAV to transfer certain colums of data to another table automatically by ticking the checkbox "Archived". How can this be done? Thanks

Just to add on what have been said.
TRANSFERFIELDS works when field at same ID in both tables. Refer the sales header and Sales Header Archive, field IDs and then the code that does archive.

You can assign the fields one by one, or design your archive table such, that you can use TRANSFERFIELDS.0 -

Transferfields would be the best approach but if there are some fields whose ID'S are not matching then you need to manually addign them.Thanks
