How to create a custom fast tab in report!!

Hi,
I make a report, and I have one example create a custom fast-tab, show this first image , this tab name options,
So, my question is a how to make, this type of custom fast-tab in my own report, show the second image!!
give a solution fast because this is my today task...

for example checkout standard report 204 sales quote. it contains that kind of custom option panel.
you need a group with subtype group in the request page.

Just to add what has been said -
1. Design the Report.
2. From View menu select Request page and you can add a Group indented under main Content Area.
3. The fields will be inside the group will be indented inside the new group.
