Errors in Navision 4

I have a little problem with Navision 4.
Sometimes when I use the segments to send mailing, I receive a NAvision runtime error and Navision session finishes (No module error)

I used the debuger to known where it crashes and the line is in Codeunit 397 when it try to send the mail

MailSent := OSendMail.Send;

I don't know when it crashes. Sometimes it works fine. :-k

Somebody have this problem ??? #-o

Check if all the automation servers ( global variables ) have valid subtypes.
We once had a similar problem with a crash now and then with an invalid BSTRConverter automation server.

I registered all the DLL (Outllok admin, BSTR HAsh,...) but the error appears sometimes.

In my computer works fine, but in another PC with the same configuration no. I think the problem is Navision 4 client.

I reinstalled the client, but it crashes.

And this is the samaller problem. Sometimes, when I change the License, it crashes, when I try to open another Database before the current database is closed,...
