Error While Opening Customer Card in RTC - Nav 2015!

Hello,

While opening Customer card,getting below error:

Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment
.NET interop: exception occurred, 'Method 'get_EnableCdnFallback' in type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptManager' from assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' does not have an implementation.'.
OK

I have investigated the issue and found that the issue is coming up from the Fact Box Page which is attached on customer card.

Page 875 (Social Listening Fact Box) is creating the issue , i tried to import the DLL again but it didn't work.

Please suggest any solution.

    Make sure you have the correct version of Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.SocialListening.dll in your Add-In directory in der Server Installation Directory.

    I guess this error happened after installing a cumulative update. Make sure you use the DLL from the CU you use currently.

    Thanks for the reply but I have already tried this solution but it doesn't work.

    Any other alternative solution..

    Have u register it before on control add ins on ur RTC maybe ?
