“LinkedObject“ Yes before converting the database to NAV2013.

I have an error with converting Nav2009 to Nav2013. Searching I have found that I need to delete all tables that they have LinkedObject as Yes. How can I find all tables that have this value instead of searching one by one? Can you please help on this?
