The NAV/SQL Performance Field Guide by Jorg Stryk is written with NAV specifically in mind.

The Jorg book that folks are referencing is really the only thing on SQL/NAV performance.
You almost need to learn SQL performance troubleshooting seperate from NAV to being any wisdom to the table and for that I'd recommend this book:
