Business connector 3.0 login fails

When running Business connector test, I get the following error. I have seen this error before. Can someone help?
Method 'logon2' in COM object of class 'AxaptaComConnector.Axapta2' returned error code 0x80004005 (E_FAIL) which means: Login error : The user 'XXXXXX' does not exist. Please re-enter a valid user name. Please restart the Microsoft Axapta Business Connector before logging on.
