Startup POS Error

Hello Everybody,
When opening the POS, the code shows an error. The code where the error is thrown is located in codeunit 10012720 "EPOS Control Interface", function SubmitDataSet, line pPosCtrl.UpdatePOS(LSDataSet.SaveToXml(TRUE), FALSE).
How to resolve this ?
Thanks,
Suphonchai

Hi Suphonchai,
What is the error message?\\The truth exists in seven versions.5 -
Hi,
I'm no expert on LS retail but it could be a problem with saving an XML file to a temp folder or with the installed XML version on the client.
Good luck.\\The truth exists in seven versions.5 -
To be able to run the preview you need to have the LS-Toolbox installed on the PC your running the preview.
Have you tried to debug the startup?5 -
In this case (two databases, and i assume the error is stil the same) it seems there is a difference in config.
Is there a xml import format ?
