Role Tailored Search Question NAV 2016

I have a bunch of Item Names which have & symbol in it for example B & A White switch board, C & F remote switch. When I go to the Item list and do a search on B & B Name while searching the spaces are automatically removed and it just puts B&B and says no search results found. You can try it yourselves, go to Item card and just create a item and in the name put B & B test one and then try searching for item by Name and it says item no item found.

Any ideas how to search for these kind of items.

NAV thinks the & symbol is a filtering criteria.

Try just searching for Name.
