Cannot run any object from Development Environment After cumulative update 8 NAV 2016

I recently installed cumulative update 8 for NAV 2016 and I have

- compiled all the objects with 0 errors
- I can run the role tailored client without any issues.
- I have restarted the service, server and SQL.

But When I try to run any object from Development Environment Table, Page, Report, XML Port I get an error

Microsoft.Dynamics.NAV has stopped working

Check Online for a solution
Close the Program
Debug the program

Please try opening dev. environment as Run as Administrator

Did you checked the Event Viewer??

Whats the Error that is logged there?

Hi.
We have same problem. On stations, all work correctly. But some developers works on RDS and there is described problem. Until there is only 1 user on server, all works fine. After another user start works on RDS server, they cannot run any object from dev.env.
Solution with Run As Administrator works, but in our enviroment users doesnt have administrator role, so this solution in not acceptble for us.
