NAV 2016 Report 10401 Check (Stub/Stub/Check) space after table

I'm currently working on modifying Report 10401 Check (Stub/Stub/Check) for a client. I need the total text boxes to line up right next to the list of invoices. I don't see any added padding, within the designer properties, but when I print the report there is a chunk of white space thrown between the totals and the table. Does anyone know what might cause this and how I can remove it? The original report appears to do the same thing.

It's worth noting that I've never done any customizing of NAV reports in the past so I could be missing something fairly simple.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The footer of this layout was only 7.5 inches high. I had to make it 8 inches high in order to push the totals up against the full length table. The totals are still way below the table if it prints any less than the full 10 lines but I believe it will still work for me. All I needed was to make enough room, for the pre-printed stub text, to not be printed on top of by the totals. Note that this required me to move all the other footer elements down 0.5 inches down.
