Report Printing Question

I have a client who uses the Job Scheduler to print Warehouse Shipments and create picks automatically. The job runs every 10 minutes throughout the day.

As most of you know, NAV marks a document as "Printed" almost instantly.

Every so often, they have found that the pick sheets aren't getting generated. This appears to be some sort of system glitch and as a result, orders have been missed.

I wanted to put this out to the group for ideas/suggestions and to see how others have handled similar requests. Since the system shows the documents have printed, have any of you figured out a way to ensure that all of the printed copies are accounted for?
