How to import LOT No's into order lines?

I am to code an import of Lot No into order lines in NAV 2016. I can see that the application (when entering Lot no's manually) uses the page 6510 Item Tracking Lines. This contains quite complex code that results in a line in table 337 Reservation Entry (made when leaving the page). I could begin to analyze the inner workings of the page, but that would be quite timeconsuming - maybe somebody has a codeexample (CU or XML-port or other)?

Hi, In my opinion you have to input a sales Line and then you assign a lot number to this sales line with the page 6510 and then you go to the Reservation entry table (337) and see the line generated by the page 6510.
And so you can make a xml-port that generate the same type of reservation entries.1 -
Yes, you can.
You basically insert to the sales line as well as the reservation entry table.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog
