regarding Installation of NAV

i installed NAV 2013 R2 in my system.When i tried to run NAV an error msg is popping up like 'The program could not connect to the Server'.please anyone help me to solve this error.my installation is coustom installation

2.) Make sure the ServiceUser has permissions on your DB
3.) Check customSettings.config in the server Folder and make sure all the values are right. (DBName, DbServer.....)
4.) Make sure your ServiceUser has priviledges to run services.
5.) Restart service.
