Image attachment when sendig e-mail

When the client creates a quote, invoice etc. and wants to send it using Navision's automated send facility - the image that is used for the logo is sent as a separate atachment from the html file. (We know that the fundementals of HTML do not embed the image but rather source it from another location.) When the customer now opens his email and views the HTML atachment the picture does not show on the screen and a box with a red x now appears. Our client cannot accept this as by law they need to have there official logo apearing on any documents sent out. Is there any way around this or has this issue been attended to in Navision Attain or will it be attended in future releases. <img border="0" title="" alt="" src="images/smiles/icon_confused.gif" />

Solution is to convert the document to a pdf-file. There you can have your logo included in the document. And you can password-protect your pdf, so the receiver can't change anything. No support using PM or e-mail - Please use this forum. BC TechDays 2024: 13 & 14 June 2024, Antwerp (Belgium)0
