Already Reverse Transaction !!!!

Hi Everybody,
I have problem when i reverse transaction please see below.
I checked in table with fields Reversed, Reversed by Entry No & Reversed Entry No. from General Ledger Entries. They are blank.
and I follow to this forum http://forum.mibuso.com/discussion/20506/you-cannot-reverse-the-transaction but not resolve
Please assist me for resolve.
