Hi, I am upgrading from 2009 R2 to 2015.
I want to run the Get-NAVDataUpgrade command to see the errors emitted during the data upgrade process.
However, I cannot find the NAV 2016 Administration Shell on my machine.
I have the development environment, the RTC, the Development Shell, and the administration tool, but not an Administration Shell.
I re-ran the installation, and it does not appear as a component.
If I run the Development Shell, the NavDataUpgrade cmdlets are not visible.
Am I mis-understanding something?
Thanks,
Michael

I don't know why it doesn't show in your windows menu (perhaps installation privileges), but it is just shortcut.
C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\PowerShell.exe -NoExit -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned " & ' C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\RoleTailored Client\NavModelTools.ps1 ' "
Good luck.
Michael
Thanks so much for all of your time and attention.
