copy companies fail NAV 2013 R2 - the server is unavailable or the connection or host has been lost

Hi,

Getting this error, well before the SQL timeout limit.



Does anyone have a solution for this one, thanks.

It seems the company size is big.

Try this -
1. In the nav service tier change SQL Command Timeout To 23:30:00.
2. Restart the service.
3. Try to copy company.

After completion change value back to 00:30:00.

If it have issues let us know.
