Hi,
i am curious about the new CRM integration.
I didn't use the old integration or had much to do with CRM so far.
So my questions are probably very basic. Still I couldn't find an answer in any documentation.
Thank you.

- Is the integration always between one NAV and one CRM system or can I for example integrate multiple NAV (or CRM) databases?
- Is integration only possible with CRM "Online" or is it also possible with the "On-Premise" version?
- How fast is the synchronisation? Can I use the integrated data immediately or is it more like a periodic synchronisation?
Thank you.

Hi Naff,
1. I haven't tested this but I know that the integration can work with Many CRM systems and One NAV System. I know that there were issues with One CRM and Many NAV. May be others can add to this point.
2. The integration is possible between both CRM Online and CRM On-premise
3. Time required to synchronize would depend on the number of tables that are getting synced. Depending on the size of data, this may take anywhere between 5 minutes (Cronus Vanilla) to may be a day if the database is large.
I hope it helps

Hi Vikram_Acharya,
thank you for the information.
That's something to start with.- Actually "One CRM and Many NAV" is the case I am interested in. If someone has experience with it, I would be glad to hear about it.
- That's good. Thank you.
- I want to snchronize the data immediately. When I create a customer in NAV I want that data to be sent immediately to CRM. The scenario you are describing is more like a daily snchronisation, isn't it?
