one of our client is using NAV 2013 R2 (Build 7.10.37221) Cumulative Update 9.
when I try to do standard export to excel in any List page of NAV it shows below error & client is crashed.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
The server "DynamicsNAV71" was unable to process the request. Close the application and start it again.
OK
when I check with Page type "Worksheet" it works fine, even in reports there is no Issue to export to excel.
Please help.

From what I was checking in the updates it can be the problem solved in the Cumulative Update 15 under platform fixes.
"361977 The user receives an error message when exporting to Excel."
And like most of the errors of the Cumulative Updates it may or not occur.
If this doesn't help, and it can be a bit painfull, you could verify if there is non visible caracters in your list that can cause a problem.
