Approval Nofication by mail, in gmail, RTC Client hyper link is disabled.

Please, share your ideas on this issue.
On MS Outlook, our approval notification by email is working fine, user can open both RTC and Web client.
But for those users who are using gmail account, could not open RTC client, because link is disabled, see below pichtur.

What would be the reason, can we have a active link for RTC in gmail inbox on browser?

This might be a spam protection feature of gmail - disabling the URLs for safety reasons. See if you can whitelist the Sender/From email address. You need to convince gmail that the sender is safe.
