Mininum Synch. Frequency with new CRM Integration

in NAV Three Tier
Hi,

I try to understand the new CRM Integration in NAV 2016.
From my understanding the synchronisation processes are run with the Job Queue functionality.

Does that mean that the minimum frequency is 1 minute for snchronisation.
Or can this job queue entry run more frequently?

If I enter data in one system, I do not want to wait 1 minute for the data to appear in the other system.
I think in the old connector the frequency could be set to 1 second, right?

I appreciate some help here. Maybe my understanding of the new functionality is just wrong.
