User cant see statistics page - Nav 2015

Hi Guys

I am quite new to NAV 2015 and I have a user that cant see the Statistics screens when they press F7, they also cant see the Statistics icon when the click on the Navigate Ribbon.

I have checked their permissions in comparison to another user who can access it and they match exactly.

Any pointers on how to give them access?

    Not sure if that helps, but try to reset personalization settings for that user. At least for the page.
    It is hard to swim against self bloodstream... (c) Old, experienced kamikadze.
