Problem when importing TXT containing TextConst '@@@=

Hi All,
If I do export then import txt object in NAV 2016 containing line
TextConst '@ @ @=...
very often i get error on import like
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment
You cannot enter '@ @ @="%1 = "Document Type". %2 = AsmHeader."No.". Used in a progress window.";ENU=%1 %2;ESM=%1 %2;FRC=%1 %2;ENC=%1 %2' in ConstValueML.

As example Codeunit_80 in NAV 2016NA.
Anybody have solution for such cases?
