Toolbar in NAV2016

In NAV2015 and earlier versions it is possible to see value of the text constant in the toolbar of dev environment. I cannot see it anymore in NAV2016. Is this very useful feature just gone? Is View -> C/AL Globals -> TextConstants the only way to check text constants now?

However, if you are using the new editor in NAV2016, if you hover over the text constant name, it will pop up a "tooltip" with the contents of the text constant.

Yes, but it does it randomly, not for every text constant, which is even more frustrating. For example, in codeunit 90, I can see tooltip for Text001 and Text004, but cannot see anything for Text002 and Text003. I have no idea how's that could be possible, but that is exactly what's happening...

It looks like if total number of characters in ConstValueML property of the TextConstant exceeds certain number (in my case it is 267 for some reason) the tooltip stops working. This is a bug. Hopefully, it will be fixed by Microsoft.
